How is my Standard UK delivery sent? Do I need to sign for my order?

Our UK standard delivered parcels are sent using standard Royal Mail service. If no-one is present at your address, then a card will be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.

frkl is unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, AnPost, or delays due to customs clearance. however in the unlikely event that this occurs please contact our Customer Service team and we will try our best to resolve any problems.
